Terms & Conditions

All bookings are made through our website and are confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details once payment is processed.

Prices are quoted in Euro and include all applicable charges unless otherwise stated. A cleaning fee is applied to each booking as displayed at the time of reservation.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the details provided are accurate.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, less a non-refundable 3% administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, please contact us by email at info@lolasescape.ie. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund and notify you as soon as possible.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in instructions, including directions and access details, will be provided in your confirmation email.

Guests are expected to:

• Treat the property with care and respect
• Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM
• No smoking inside the property (designated outdoor area available)
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition
• Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly

The private indoor heated swimming pool is available for guest use during the hours of 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool towels are provided.

Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Guests should not use the pool under the influence of alcohol.

No diving and no running in the pool hall. Please shower before entering the pool and follow any posted pool rules.

Lola's Escape is home to friendly farm animals including a pony, donkeys, cats, and a dog. Guests may view and photograph the animals from outside the fenced areas but must not enter the fields or animal enclosures.

Children must be supervised at all times around the animals. Please do not feed the animals unless directed by the host. The property owners are not liable for any injuries resulting from interaction with animals.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, its contents, or grounds during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs.

The property owners accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence.

We strongly recommend that guests have appropriate travel insurance in place.

The maximum number of guests is as specified at the time of booking. Additional guests beyond the stated occupancy are not permitted without prior arrangement.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and communicating with you about your stay.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
